Copy of Proclamation leads 699-lot sale

A HUGE array of choice — everything from a two-seater Morris Minor at Mealy’s to an original copy of the Proclamation at James Adam’s — awaits collectors in Ireland next week.

On Monday there is Irish art with Morgan O’Driscoll in Dublin and Irish glass, furniture, and even a gypsy caravan at Mealy’s in Castlecomer.

There is antique furniture, Chinese ceramics, garden statuary at Sheppard’s three day sale in Durrow on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and everything from historic newspapers and pamphlets, to a beautiful silver freedom box at James Adam sale of 800 years of Irish Political, Literary and Military history, in Dublin on Tuesday.
