How much water should I be drinking daily?
I know dehydration is often cited as being at the root of many health issues. What is not clear, however, is how much water we should take daily to remain adequately hydrated. I would imagine that this would differ greatly between individuals.
There is no one magic quantity of water that suits every person. There are so many different factors to take into account — underlying health issues, medications, size, activity levels, climate, lifestyle and habits, to name but a few. Dehydration is often one of the factors at play with a number of common health conditions.
