Wish List: Funky clock

Today she discovers canny clocks and pretty prints.

Pic 1: Make a statement with this funky retro clock, based on a tin can and a whisk. This award-winning clock will definitely be a talking point and its neutral colour means it will match any colour palette. Available from thehomebarn.ie for €42.

Pic 2: Anyone out there looking at kitchen renovations? Slovenian manufacturer Gorenje has expanded its cooker hood range, features include electronic touch control, LED illumination for efficient lighting, and a selection of venting speeds. This model is the DFA9535X downdraft hood, available for €2310 from Häfele Ireland Ltd, Kilcoole, Co Wicklow.

Pic 5: What could be better than a little making and baking for some quality time with the kids? Keep them entertained with the bold and bright puzzles, suitable from budding chefs, aged 6 and up. Pic 6: Can’t you just imagine these fluttering above a bed or brightening up a corner in the kitchen? Lots of one-off pieces available from Polly’s Pretty Prints like this beautiful floral, vintage style bunting for €25. It can also be made to order with specifications for fabrics and dimensions. Pic 7: It’s the right time of year to introduce a little angelic magic into the home. These classic angels are made from porcelain by Mary Neeson in The Blue Pool Gallery and Studio in Killarney, Co Kerry, and can be purchased from her studio or in Ardmore Pottery or Fellini’s, Cork City. Prices range from €10 to €85.
