NME reports that a date of Feb 25 has been set for the release. Also on the album trail is Paul Weller, left, whose Dragonfly EP hits the streets and the sites on Dec 17. It features tracks that were made during the recording of his No 1 album Sonik Kicks.
CLASSICAL OUTINGS: You’ve heard the music, you’ve seen the documentary, and now you can see the Ballymun Lullaby live. Lullaby — A Tale of Two Cities is at Cork City Hall tomorrow at 3.30pm and the National Concert Hall in Dublin on Nov 26. Daragh O’Toole’s acclaimed work will be performed by the combined choir of RTÉ Cór na nÓg, Ballymun Music Programme, Presentation Secondary School Choir, Ballyphehane, and Maria Assumpta National School Girls’ Choir with the DIT Symphony Orchestra conducted by David Brophy. Meanwhile, the Waterford Concert Orchestra is at its home town’s City Hall tomorrow with a programme of movie classics.
