Planning a monster bash or pumpkin princess party? Transform your home into a gruesome grotto with Lidl’s decorations (from 99c), and fiendish festive food like Cyclops eyeballs - fruit flavoured jellies with a sour filling (€1.29) - or Halloween nuggets (€2.99). You can host a party and raise funds for Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital Crumlin by regis-tering at www.smilesforcrumlin.ie. There’s a fun Facebook app at www.facebook.com/cowandgateireland that will let you ‘spookify’ your little party-goer’s picture with friends and family. Cow & Gate will donate €1 to Crumlin for each person who uses the app and uploads the picture to Facebook.
