A master of grace and illumination

FEW artists have aged as gracefully as Leonard Cohen.

His concerts at Kilmainham, Dublin this week will draw fans young and old to worship at his feet, but it is unlikely that Cohen will see himself as worthy of their adulation.

At 77, he remains as modest as ever about his talents, and seems surprised by the recent resurgence of interest in his work.
