Web Watch: Tree houses are very creative

1. Interesting Creative Designs: Does what it says on the tin, some very interesting and indeed, creative designs on this lovely site.

The tree houses had me oohing and aahing for longer than was strictly necessary. There’s everything imaginable design-wise — from eco-friendly art pieces by Otto Rodriguez to a BMW stone car. Be warned, there are lots and lots of advertisements on the pages, it can be distracting.

2. Better Living Through Design: You can search by category on BLTD and I clicked on ‘Creative Types’ and lo! a picture of a rather good looking dude popped up. Nice way to start a morning. There are interviews with designers, artists and the like, a nice addition if you fancy a read rather than a gander at pics. If images are your things, pop into the Top Picks tab or the Trends — there are some rather good looking things there too.

3. Urbio: Oh, I am weak for these. This is how I describe them — perfect. Just so simple and striking and lovely.
