Wine with Leslie: The splendour of Spanish wine - and the SuperValu sale

My selections this week include the old and the new - two traditional wines from Spain (from SuperValu) and one that couldn’t be more modern and available only in smaller independents.

Small is beautiful - EF Schumacher’s collection of essays entitled “Economics, As If People Mattered” is still prescient. But sometimes we need to accommodate and accept the big too.
