Restaurant Review: Food to delight day or night at Galway's Tartare Café

It is a shamefully long time since I wrote about the fine city (and county) of Galway on this page. I did visit a number of times in 2018 for events such as Food on the Edge in October and the recent launch of Sonny Molloy’s 16 Year Old Red Breast Single Cask (delicious I should add), but I never managed to fit in a review.
