Taste Cork Week (16-22 Oct), a very splendid initiative promoting and celebrating local producers and their produce, rolls around once more in over 40 participating venues, with Cork’s restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and other hospitality outlets all rowing in with festival menus and one-off events and tastings.
