Beer of the week: Eight Degrees Summer Days

Eight Degrees Summer Days Seisiún IPA, 4.5% ABV; 330ml — €2.30

As usual I’m struggling to keep up with Scott and Cam in Eight Degrees Brewing in Mitchelstown.

As well as this fine session IPA they have a new single hop IPA out later this month in bottle (using Galaxy) which is already available in draught format.
