Euro-Toques Small Food Initiative: Over the past two years Euro-Toques Ireland has coordinated the Small Food Initiative, a project which aimed to bring small food producers and chefs from the border and cross-border region together in the hope they would establish contact and potentially supply links.
The project is funded by the Irish Cross Border Area Interreg through the Interreg 111A Programme Ireland/Northern Ireland: www.goodfood.ie.
