It's easy to forget to drink water

School is back and the kids are starting to settle into it. Like households up and down the country I make sure that every morning there is a bottle of water in my daughter's school bag. Yet, despite knowing that it’s so important for my 6-year-old to be sipping on her water bottle throughout the day, I often forget to stay hydrated myself.

So, here are some simple hydration tips. The recipe is my Salmon and Prawn Skewers — fish is such a fantastic versatile ingredient and I love to include it in my dinners each week.
