Prime Wexford lands achieve over €27k/acre at auction

The holding had a pre-auction price guide in the region of €15,000/acre

The prime holding was presented in five lots (as well as the entire).

An 87-acre holding 12km from Enniscorthy in Co Wexford featured here in February was successfully sold at auction recently.

The sale was carried out by Gorey-based auctioneers Quinn Property in an exclusively online auction on Wednesday, April 8.
