Exactly a week ago, a 41-acre farm at Dunnaman near Croom, County Limerick, was sold at public auction at the Limerick city auction rooms of GVM Auctioneers.

The property is 5km west of the village of Croom and on the road linking Croom and Ballingarry. With extensive road frontage, the property had good potential for a possible building site, according to the man with the gavel on the day, Tom Crosse.
