33-acre seaside farm in Wexford expected to fetch €10k-12k/acre

With Fethard-on-Sea so close by, there is certainly more than an outside possibility of getting planning permission to build a home on the property — something that will surely attract as many non-farmers as farmers to the auction.
“The lands are of good quality,” says selling agent David Quinn.
“They are suitable for most agricultural activities — evidenced by the fact that they’re used for both pasture and tillage.”
This will be the latest in a continuing line of successful online auctions, and the price expectation is between €10,000 and €12,000/acre.
