Farrell takes up role of ICSA general secretary

A native of Ballyconnell, Co Cavan, Hugh Farrell has been a senior official within the ICSA for many years, most recently serving as chairman of the animal health and welfare committee.

The Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers’ Association (ICSA) has appointed Hugh Farrell to the position of general secretary.
