Balmoral: A glimpse into Northern market

For southern breeders, Balmoral Show offers an important window into the Northern market. And the show, which marked its 155th year last week certainly didn’t disappoint.

Wexford Holstein breeder Philip Jones brought four cows, with an impressive three making it into the breed’s championship ring.
