With demand for land in West Cork remaining strong over the last number of months, there should be strong interest for a 40-acre holding located near Dunmanway and which is currently for sale with Clonakilty-based auctioneers Hodnett Forde Property Services.

The farm is in the townland of Nedineagh East, approximately 3km from Dunmanway. According to the selling agent John Hodnett, there has been a good deal of interest in it since it was launched on the market.
