Darren Allen has been trialling different establishment systems for sowing winter crops on Ballymaloe Farm in East Cork.

On a recent visit to Ballymaloe Farm near Shanagarry in East Cork, I caught up with Darren Allen on what has proven to be quite a difficult spring campaign.

Back in October 2022, he trialled different establishment systems to sow the winter crops.
