Macra na Feirme says the 2016 National Reserve fund must target young farmers to help them get established in the industry.

Macra says €8m of top-up funds for young farmers, unused in 2015, is being redistributed to all farmers.

It says the 2016 National Reserve should focus on young farmers with its provisions.
