The property has triple road frontage and has been attracting an increasing amount of attention, and has a bid of €860,000.

This is still short of the asking price of €900,000, but the property is described by Mr Fleming as a “lovely piece of land”, and he says that its proximity to the busy roadway gives it commercial potential in an area where there are other, successful rural ventures.
