Agricultural Science Association honours communication expert Miley

The Agricultural Science Association presented its Distinguished Member Award to Michael Miley, one of the country’s leading communications experts in the agri-food sector.

He was accorded a standing ovation by a record 510 attendees at the association’s annual conference banquet in Killashee House Hotel, Naas, Co Kildare.

Mr Miley, a native of Rahara, Co Roscommon, is only the 10th recipient of the award in the 62-year history of the association.
