Keelings says its peppers are on Irish shelves at least two days fresher than those coming from Europe.

The Co Dublin company’s green, red orange and yellow peppers account for about 90% of all Irish grown peppers. “We are thrilled to be the first to market again this year with Irish peppers,” said David Keeling.

“The overall aim of supplying these vegetables is to provide Irish consumers with Irish produce. Consumers want to buy local and Keelings are doing their best to meet consumer demand by growing what we can on our farms.”
