Sale of three farm lots

Three separate lots of farmland are on the market with John Hodnett, of Hodnett Forde Auctioneer; all are for sale by private treaty.

The first is close to Ballydehob, at Ardura, and is for sale in one or three lots, he says, with an offer already on the property of €170,000 — the price is €180,000.

The second property is at Cor ravoley, Aughadown, Skibbereen, and it comprises 15 acres of land, also on offer in one or three lots and priced at €175,000 — it’s under offer at €161,000.
