Tidy small holding will draw wide appeal

A very neat and tidy small-holding near Mallow should attract a broad range of customers this week.

It’s a new market entrant with auctioneer Christy Buckley and its size and location (four miles from Mallow on the Killavullen Road) could bring out the horsy/good life buyer.

Then again, with demand for farmland the way it is a the moment, it could be swallowed up by larger players keen to add its clean green fields to their range.
