He’s quoting a guide price of €800,000 for the entire property, which is being sold in one lot, (although he doesn’t rule out dealing with two prospective purchasers working in concert) and by private treaty.
The farm is top quality, he says, and suitable for tillage, dairying or drystock. With a number of large farming operators in the area, he’s expecting good interest in this sale.
