ICMSA meets to discuss Glanbia’s milk proposals

The ICMSA has confirmed that all county chairpersons, secretaries and National Council members in the Glanbia catchment area will meet at Kilkenny’s Springhill Court Hotel next Monday at 8pm to discuss the Glanbia JV proposals.

The meeting will be addressed by Jim Bergin and Michael O’Neill from Glanbia and also by the association’s president, John Comer. Also present will be the deputy president and chair of the dairy committee, Pat McCormack.

In excess of 30 officers have been invited, ranging from Louth to Waterford, and the questions can be expected to get to the level of detail necessary to enable the association to decide on an official position either way.

Meanwhile, the ICMSA also has a number of other important diary dates worth noting. They are as follows:
