Black Valley farms for auction

Kerry farm auctions are a weekly event for Tom Spillane at the moment and he has now announced the forthcoming auction of another two farm properties — with a total of almost a thousand acres between the two.

And in the meantime, the agent had a positive result last Friday when he disposed of a residential farm property near Killarney, a holding with proven gravel deposits, at auction.

The farm at Ardaneanig, on the Rathmore/ Mallow road, included a main residence and 41 acres and was given a pre-auction guide of €400,000.
