Charleville in the Avondhu Macra region, where the Mitchelstown Macra is only one year old, yet came second in this year’s national club of year competition.

There are 250 Macra members in the Avondhu region.

Meanwhile, next Monday’s meeting is for anyone interested in joining Macra in the Waterfall, Ballincollig or Ballinhassig areas of mid-Cork.
