Silver Springs to host Cork Federation Day competitions

Cork Federation Day competitions will be held in the Silver Springs Moran Hotel on Mar 4 (12 noon-2pm).

The entry fee is €3 per item. Contestants may enter more than one item in each category. Baking has 10 categories, craft three, photography (black and white or colour) three, painting two, and first-time entrants five.

The theme of the guild competition is ‘A Supper for my ICA Friends’. It must include a tablecloth, napkin, flower arrangement, savoury tart, dessert, and tea or coffee. At least five members must be involved. Entry fee is €10.
