The farm is perfect as an equestrian enterprise, he says, especially as it comes with an American barn with the capacity for up to 20 loose boxes. The land is very good, he continues, level with little or no waste, all in one block with road frontage, and there’s a central roadway leading to the modern farm yard, which is in the middle of the holding.
Farm buildings consist of a large slatted unit with cubicles, a hay barn with seven stables, a silage slab and large concrete silage yard.
The land has a pre-auction guide of €10,000 per acre, and strong interest is expected.
