Three bids for Lisselan farm

THREE strong bidders in Co Cork have an eye on Lisselan Farm, for sale near Clonakilty.

Part of the Lisselan Estate, seat of the Blackburn family, this 210-acre dairy farm hit the market in the spring, and is under offer at nigh on the €3m mark.

Estate agent Niall Cahalane, of Cahalane Skuse, is playing his cards close to his chest, and won’t give an indication of who the bidders are.
