A 60-acre farm, with direct access onto Clonea Beach and views over the waters of Dungarvan Bay towards Helvick Head is for sale with auctioneer Margaret Harty.

Located at Clonea Lower, in Co Waterford, it’s a very interesting holding, says the Harty and Co agent, as it’s not only beautiful but has beach access and includes 21 acres of mature forestry, along with a large proportion of prime grazing land.

The non-residential farm would also be suitable for tillage and/or horses, she says. The benign effects of the seaside location ensure good grazing late in the year, and early crops.
