50-acre farm in Kerry
Following their successful sale of a 34-acre farm, at the Gap of Dunloe, Killarney, for €15,000 per acre, Tom Crowley is offering a 50-acre residential farm at Knockrour West, Scartaglen, Co Kerry.
On the Ballydesmond road, with frontage onto another minor road, the land is mixed, with some very good quality grazing, and some rushy, plantable land, says Crowley.
It’s within a mile of Scartaglen, with a traditional, two-storey farmhouse and yard. It shares its location with another house and yard, which is not for sale. The Knockrour West property will go for auction on November 5 at the Royal Hotel, Killarney.
