50-acre farm in Kerry

AUCTIONS have gone so well for Tom Spillane and Co, recently, that the firm is about to take another property to the hustings.

Following their successful sale of a 34-acre farm, at the Gap of Dunloe, Killarney, for €15,000 per acre, Tom Crowley is offering a 50-acre residential farm at Knockrour West, Scartaglen, Co Kerry.

On the Ballydesmond road, with frontage onto another minor road, the land is mixed, with some very good quality grazing, and some rushy, plantable land, says Crowley.
