DAIRY farms have been rare enough on the market this autumn, but two are on the market in Co Cork at the moment.

Two dairy farms buck the trend in sale supply this autumn

A compact holding at Ardkitt, Enniskeane, of 42 acres with a quota of 46,578 gallons and entitlements of €9,644 per annum has just been launched on the market.

The lands, in one block but divided by a country road, are low-lying, sheltered and well fenced, according to John Hodnett, of Hodnett Forde, who is selling the Ardkitt property in three lots.
