Auctioneer expects to close on €1.1m guide

IT looks like auctioneer Pat Gannon will make close to the guide price set for a Kilmanahan, Co Waterford farm, despite not selling at auction.

The agent had a number of bidders at the July 15 auction of the 87-acre farm, but all of those were interested in lots.

The lots comprised 66.5 acres; 18.5 acres; and a modern two-storey house in excellent condition with 2.5 acres.
