Flurry of interest in top quality farm land

DESPITE market uncertainty, auctioneer Pat Gannon of Dungarvan has been surprised at the amount of interest he’s seeing in a property near Clonmel.

The 87-acre farm at Kilnamack West, Kilmanahan, will go for auction on July 15.

“It’s top quality limestone land, an excellent dual-purpose farm, and given the times that are in it, the interest has been very strong,” he says.
