Located a mile and a half outside of Currow, the property would have been flagged as having development potential before:
“Long ago we’d have been pushing the development potential,” says Tom Spillane, “but that’s not there in the short term, so we’re selling a farm in the middle of Kerry with 60 acres of land – some of it good and some of it not great,” he adds.
