Ideal purchase for those willing to renovate

A HANDY farm with buildings in place, could suit Tralee buyers looking for a rural idyll, but without too much land.

Brendan Mannix is selling a quaint farm in a derelict state at Ballymacelligott, Tralee and is looking for offers in the region of €500,000 for the farmhouse, a collection of buildings and just under three acres of land.

It has huge potential, according to Mannix, as it’s located just 5kms from Tralee, just off the main Tralee/Dublin road.

The package includes a traditional farmhouse, which will require a lot of renovation, but which comes with walled gardens and an old orchard.

There’s a concrete farm yard with sheds and an old cobbled yard around the house.

It has good road frontage and local facilities are just a short drive away.
