Sloblands’s owner is anybody’s guess

IT’S all due diligence at the moment in the much-anticipated sale of the Bergerin Estate, North Sloblands, in Co Wexford.

Vendors Lee Strand Dairy and their solicitors are believed to be taking their time prior to signing any contracts, since the closing date for tenders on December 7.

Despite the best guessing on behalf of property hacks, no news has filtered through as to the highest tender or any sale agreement.
