According to auctioneer Phil Purcell, the property is expected to generate keen interest from hobby farmers seeking an equestrian property and local farmers looking to add on to their existing holding.

“It’s a very good bit of ground and plenty of buyers from Limerick should be interested in it — it should achieve €20,000 to €25,000 per acre anyway,” says Phil Purcell. And he’s not including a sum for the house and yard in that guide.
