Goodman acquires sausage-maker

Larry Goodman’s British subsidiary, Anglo Beef Processors, has acquired a major Scottish sausage manufacturer based in Glasgow.

The plant was formerly owned by Freshbake Foods Limited, which went into administrative receivership on June 22 last.

This followed a failed management buy-out of the group which has two other plants in Scotland.
