IT was non-stop action for Kilmeen guild in West Cork this year, members recalled at the AGM.

The guild hosted the Federation Variety Show in which 12 guilds took part and catered for the very large attendance. They also catered for the local Ploughing Match, the Drama Festival, the Senior Citizen’s Party and the retirement party for local guard, Finbarr O’Shea.

The AGM of Kilmeen Guild elected new officers: President, Phillie Beechinor. Secretary , Eileen O’Donovan. Treasurer, Marie Collins. CDA Mary McCarthy attended the meeting.
