The three-day event will feature 250 stands from most of the major Irish food manufacturers and distributors as well as from companies in Australia and Europe.

Irish companies will use the exhibition to unveil new products and to develop important export markets. Over 5,000 national and international buyers are expected to visit the show. Designed to focus attention on the best food and drink related products and ancillary services available, IFEX19 brings together the many different arms of food and drink industries - retail, catering, wholesalers, production and distribution - in one show.

In association with Bord Bia, the County Enterprise Boards will facilitate exhibits from over 60 speciality food companies under the “Ireland, the Food Island” stand.

Participating for the first time in a LEADER-supported collective food village will be 36 small and speciality food producers from around the country.
