Gordon garners Glanbia post

GLANBIA has appointed Colin Gordon as CEO of its Irish Consumer Foods business, effective from March 1.

He will manage one of the group’s core areas of operation and for developing Glanbia’s position as the leading supplier of branded and value-added liquid milk, fresh dairy produce, cheeses, soups and spreads in the retail market.

Colin joins Glanbia from C&C Group, the drinks and snack food company, where he has been managing director of C&C (Ireland) Ltd since 1998.
