Teagasc launches customer charter

TEAGASC has launched a customer charter and service action plan to help meet challenges following CAP reform and a shift in consumer attitudes towards food choices, quality and safety.

“We aim to delivery high quality services at all times and we welcome feedback from customers on how we can improve our services to them,” said director Jim Flanagan.
