BENECOL and the ICA recently combined and invited the public to a Heart Health Workshop. Held in the Silver Springs Hotel, Cork, it was very well attended.

Everyone was offered ‘finger prick’ cholesterol tests free of charge.

The result of these tests indicated if you needed to take action regarding your cholesterol level.
