IFA to take part in Anti Racist Week

THE IFA is to take part in Anti Racist Workplace Week (November 1-5).

Deputy president Ruaidhrí Deasy said migrant workers are employed on farms around the country. They have played a key role in helping farmers to maintain productivity in a context of labour shortages.

Mr Deasy said by becoming involved in this initiative, the IFA is highlighting the good examples of cultural integration in the agri-sector and encouraging best practice in all farm businesses.
