Health fears + health food = healthy profits

TEAGASC’S, Moorepark research centre outside Fermoy, Co Cork, will host a major food seminar on Friday entitled ‘Food for Health’.

It could be retitled ‘Food to make healthy profits for Irish companies’.

That bit of cynicism aside, that is where the entire food debate from an Irish perspective is heading.
